Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Financial Controller onboard to lead all fiscal duties and ensure accurate exchange of financial information between shipboard operations, accounting and finance administration.

The role manages payroll for crew, cash operations and audits, and drives continuous improvement in financial controls while ensuring guest and team satisfaction. A senior leadership position within a multicultural crew environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years Financial Operations experience on cruise ships.
• Minimum 4+ years managerial experience in hospitality or finance preferred.
• Cash handling expertise and knowledge of currency exchange rates.

• Ensure accurate crew payroll processing and resolve discrepancies with zero-error target.

• Review and approve CAMEX and operational expenses per company policy.
• Manage cash operations, including safes, floats and foreign exchange.
• Enforce financial controls and compliance (SOX, audits) through training and monitoring.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts to guide departments to targets.
• Conduct audits and risk management to prevent losses and resolve findings.
• Develop and support team performance through training and mentoring.
