Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced professional in ship structure, marine systems, and onboard safety to support newbuild project development and oversee plan approvals across multiple vessels and brands.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, meet deadlines, and align technical and contractual requirements, contributing to technical specifications from concept to final delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in similar role or shipbuilding projects.
• Strong knowledge of ship structure, marine systems and onboard safety.
• Proficient in English (B1 or higher).

Mansioni

• Review drawings, plans and specifications during plan approval with shipyards and builders.
• Assist with project development and technical specification reviews.
• Track open items from plan approval and coordinate with shipyard representatives.
• Participate in shipyard meetings to resolve issues.
• Provide updates on plan approval progress and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Vessel Operations teams during development and approval phases.
• Visit shipyards to verify alignment between requirements and production.
• Support vessel delivery phase to ensure project completion.
