Royal Caribbean International is seeking a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee shipboard dining operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality in line with company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field, 5–8 years of hospitality/restaurant management experience (shipboard preferred), excellent food and wine knowledge, and strong leadership and communication in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years hospitality/restaurant management experience, shipboard preferred.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining.
• Strong leadership, planning, coaching, and staff management.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portuguese).
