Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Slot Manager to supervise the slot machine, arcade, and gym servicing teams across our shipboard venues. You will ensure professional guest service and smooth operation while coordinating technicians and staff.

You will lead safety-compliant maintenance, train crew, and manage performance in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient operations onboard.

Competenze

• Experience supervising slot technicians in large guest-facing environments.
• Formal training in repair and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to read safety rules and mechanical drawings.
• Proven customer service skills for guest interaction.
• Ability to supervise an international team and coach staff.

Slot Manager

supervises and coordinates the activities of the Casino slot machine, Arcade and ShipShape gym equipment servicing function and the employees engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests.

Hiring Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment
• Formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
• Previous slot technician work experience in live casinos preferred.
• Proven ability to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawings.
• Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Ability to count paper and coin currency quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math functions with regard to monetary units and compute slot machine percentages.
• Ability to learn and utilize knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function. Ability to supervise an international team of Slot Technicians in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or recommend termination of employment.
• Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety software package such as Excel and Word.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.
