MSC Cruises is seeking an Electrical Specialist to support daily technical operations of the Electrical Department across our fleet. You will help manage asset management processes, coordinate training on asset systems, and ensure crews are equipped to operate them effectively.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and onboard cruise ship experience as a 3rd ETO or Electrical Engineer, with good English and MS Office skills. It is a full-time position based at Le Torri, Genoa.
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the daily technical operations of the Electrical Department across our fleet. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our Asset Management processes, helping to manage and optimise the systems and software that keep our vessels running efficiently. You’ll work closely with shipboard and shoreside teams, coordinating training on asset management systems and ensuring crew and office staff are fully equipped to operate them effectively. You’ll also act as a trusted support to senior superintendents, stepping in to review and approve requests and purchase orders when needed, ensuring continuity during critical periods such as surveys, dry docks, and leave. This opportunity offers a gross annual salary range of €50,000 to €60,000 depending on experience and relevant expertise.
