Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead two-warehouse operations with full accountability for performance, people, safety and customer relations.
• Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for safe, efficient and profitable site.
• Drive standardization and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop large teams (60-80 employees).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor span of control and shape the site's strategy.
• Lead by example to reinforce DHL culture.
• Oversee providers of general site services (security, maintenance).
