DHL Supply Chain in Piacenza is seeking an Operations Manager to support the site manager in driving revenue, cost control, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and fluent English to coordinate shifts and daily warehouse activities.

The candidate should hold a bachelor degree and have at least 3 years in supply chain or manufacturing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monitor monthly operation span of control and develop strategies.
• Oversee warehouse activities: daily planning, flows, data accuracy, and stock movements (IN/OUT/returns).

In this Operations Manager role you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
• Assuring highest care about People management (Blue Collars);
• Managing directly Shift Leader and Team Leader;
• Managing operational standards;
• Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
• Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;

What we need from you:

• Bachelor Degree;
• At least 3 years in a some role in Supply Chain/Manufactoring Industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership attitude and managing people
• English Fluent

Salary Range: € 46.000 - € 55.000
