Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in similar IT roles.

Responsibilities

• First-level support and troubleshooting for ERP/SAP users.

• Diagnose and resolve OS issues on Windows/macOS.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure (servers, NAS, networks, backups).
