Gerresheimer, following the integration of Bormioli Pharma's capabilities, seeks an experienced IT professional to supervise local IT operations at the site. You will troubleshoot ERP/SAP issues, manage OS-related problems, and coordinate with central teams to keep production systems running smoothly.

Competenze

• At least 8/10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, business applications and software packages, and OS troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• First-level IT support for ERP/SAP users and liaise with central SAP/ERP teams.
• Diagnose and resolve OS-related issues on Windows/macOS.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, network gear and backups.
• Perform initial diagnostics of local network outages and basic restoration actions.
• Provide hands-on on-site support under supervision of central admins.
