METLEN in Italy is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join the M Renewables team. You will oversee initial site setup, support installation teams, and ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, knowledge of solar power systems, AUTOCAD, and fluency in English and Italian. The starting gross annual salary is €35,100, with group health insurance and other benefits.

We are currently looking for a Electrical Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.

Your role will encompass:

• Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
• Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
• Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
• Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable

What you bring to the role:

• BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering.MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards.
• Proven track record (2-5 years)in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Contractual Framework

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
