Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals S.A. is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join the M Renewables team in Italy.

You will perform initial site setup, coordinate with the project manager and site teams, and supervise subcontractors while ensuring safe, integrated delivery. Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering degree (MSc advantageous), 2–3 years in mechanical maintenance (renewables preferred), ability to read electrical, mechanical and civil drawings, fluency in English and Italian, and

• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil drawings and review construction plans.
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MSc is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the renewable energy sector
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Contractual Framework

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 35.100€, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Applicable CCNL: MetalmeccanicoCNA Level / Inquadramento: B1

The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
