Alstom is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the site safety and environmental program at our Sesto San Giovanni site in Italy. You will drive EHS policy deployment, coach operations, and coordinate with contractors to minimize risks and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and local regulations.

As part of the regional transport sector, you will develop the site EHS management system, monitor performance, and lead emergency planning, training, and continuous improvement

Competenze

• 5–8 years of professional experience at the site level.
• Nearly 3 years in Environment, Health & Safety; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO45001 and local legal requirements.
• Experience in railway context is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Site Management in achieving EHS results.
• Drive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to guidelines and targets.
• Advise, help, coach, support operational management in EHS actions implementation.
• Prepare the local yearly EHS plan aligned with Transport & Country/Cluster EHS objectives.
• Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet objectives and deploy the plan.
• Monitor the deployment of the plan and ensure its effectiveness.
• Ensure EHS Risk Assessments are performed and control measures defined.
• Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level.
• Ensure sub-contractor activities comply with EHS requirements.
