Alstom is seeking an EHS Specialist in Lombardy to ensure a safe environment for employees and contractors on construction sites and projects. You will support risk assessments, emergency plans, and EHS compliance under the Site EHS Manager, while driving continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.

You will deploy local procedures aligned with Alstom standards (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001), deliver EHS inductions, supervise audits, and report on KPIs such as injury

Competenze

• 1 year of professional EHS experience
• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety
• Manufacturing sites or Regional Centers experience preferred
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Strong understanding of local EHS requirements
• Railway experience is a plus

• Provide a safe and healthy environment on construction sites and projects
• Minimize environmental footprint and manage historical pollution
• Protect Alstom assets and reduce risk of business interruption
• Support Site EHS Manager with risk assessment and emergency planning
• Coordinate EHS activities with contractors and interfaces
