AGCO seeks an experienced EHS Manager at our Breganze site in Italy to lead Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement. You will head the site EHS team, partner with leaders and foster a strong safety culture while ensuring adherence to Italian regulations and AGCO standards.

The role requires a RSPP qualification, a relevant degree, and 10+ years in manufacturing EHS with proven people management.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Qualification to act as RSPP within an industrial environment.
Minimum 10 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing.
Previous people management experience.
Strong knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental legislation.
Experience with EHS management systems and ISO 45001.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and regulatory compliance.
Fluent Italian and English
