Alstom is seeking an EHS specialist at the Sesto San Giovanni site to support the Site EHS Manager in delivering safe and compliant operations.

You will help implement ISO14001 and ISO45001 aligned procedures, train personnel, perform risk assessments, and oversee incident reporting and audits to continually improve EHS performance.

The role involves collaboration with contractors and manufacturing teams to minimize environmental footprint and health and safety risks.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
• Strong knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Good understanding of local EHS requirements.
• Railway industry experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Site EHS Manager to achieve EHS objectives.
• Perform EHS risk assessments and define control measures.
• Prepare and maintain emergency plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and site operations on EHS matters.
• Assist in EHS training and toolbox talks.
• Capture, investigate and report accidents/incidents.
• Carry out site EHS audits and reporting.
