Marelli is seeking an experienced EHS Plant Manager for the Sulmona, Italy site. You will own the plant's Environment, Health & Safety strategy, ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001 and Italian safety law, and lead safer operations.

Responsibilities include defining EHS objectives, deploying action plans, fostering a proactive safety culture, and coordinating incident investigations and risk reduction across manufacturing processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety roles in industrial or automotive manufacturing.
• Good English knowledge.

Mansioni

• Define and deploy the plant EHS strategy aligned with corporate objectives and sustainability goals.
• Develop annual EHS objectives, targets, and action plans.
• Promote a proactive Safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
