Danaher Corporation in Italy seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and coordinate scalable training and customer education programs for service teams and external clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will drive modern learning approaches and data-driven solutions to boost product adoption and customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Certification in Learning & Development, Change Management, or Project Management.

As part of the EMEA Service Transformation Office, you design and coordinate scalable training and customer education programs for service teams and external clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You ensure content, tools, trainers, and delivery models enable capability building and strong business performance. You’ll drive modern learning approaches and data-driven solutions to boost product adoption and customer experience, while collaborating with regional leaders and partners.

• Develop scalable curricula and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand)
• Ensure alignment of training with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives
• Coordinate training delivery through internal/external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
