Lvmh Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton in Milan seeks an experienced Learning Manager in luxury retail to drive client experience through training and coaching store teams, implementing brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills.

You will work cross-functionally with store, HR, and corporate Learning teams to scale impact through onboarding, coaching, and development plans, staying hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption and measurable improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven track record in training delivery and coaching.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and familiarity with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
