Lvmh Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton is seeking an experienced Learning Manager in Palermo to drive client experience by training store teams, embedding brand culture and product knowledge.

You will lead coaching, onboarding, and development plans, collaborate with HR and corporate Learning, and stay hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption and measurable improvements. Fluent Italian and English, 5+ years in luxury retail, and strong presentation skills are required.
