LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton is seeking a Learning Manager in luxury retail to elevate client experience by training store teams in brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills. You will work cross-functionally with store, HR, and corporate Learning teams to scale impact through onboarding, coaching, and development plans.

On the shop floor, you stay hands-on to ensure training adoption and measurable improvements, lead in-store coaching, develop talent, and coordinate

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development or equivalent in luxury retail.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong delivery of training across multiple formats (classroom, on-the-job, e-learning).
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.

As Learning Manager in luxury retail, you drive client experience by training and coaching store teams. You implement brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills to support store growth.
