bk Group is seeking Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. You will regularly visit retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations.

Locations include Milan and Rome with wide regional coverage. Permanent contract, extensive induction, and international working environment are offered.

Competenze

• Completed trade apprenticeship.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of day-to-day practical work.
• Friendly, helpful manner.
• Strong practical skills across multiple areas.
• Ability to work independently.
• Category B driving licence.
• Good communication in English or German.

Mansioni

• Maintenance & repairs — Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Fault diagnosis — Identifying and resolving issues, including lighting and facilities.
• Routine servicing — Regular checks to ensure store functionality.
• Minor painting — Small painting and touch-up work in sales areas.
• Customer support — Acting as the on-site contact for clients.
• Digital documentation — Recording all work using digital systems.

We are now looking for Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will regularly visit our clients’ retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations.

Positions Available

• Location: Milan Working area: Greater Milan, Northern and North-Eastern Italy
• Location: Rome Working area: Rome, Central Italy and Southern Italy

Our requirements

• Completed trade apprenticeship
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of day-to-day practical work
• Friendly, helpful manner
• Strong practical skills across multiple areas
• Ability to work independently
• Category B driving licence (formerly Category 3)
• Good communication skills in English or German (preferable) — helpful for internal communication and digital documentation

Your tasks

• Maintenance & repairs — Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Fault diagnosis — Independently identifying and resolving issues, including lighting, sanitary facilities and furniture/fittings
• Routine servicing — Carrying out regular checks to ensure store functionality
• Minor painting — Completing small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms
• Customer support — Acting as the on-site contact person for our clients
• Digital documentation — Recording all work performed using our digital systems
