This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across service operations, tools, and processes, acting as a key link between business, IT, and the service network. Salary is defined in a transparent way, considering experience, skills, and performance. The annual gross base salary starts from €37,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
