Electrolux Professional Group seeks a System Integrator to own knowledge across electrical, electronic, mechanical, thermodynamics and hydraulics for integrated cooking product systems.

You will gather stakeholder needs, perform feasibility studies, define technical specs, and lead product testing and robust design improvements in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• University degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Familiar with development tools such as FMEA, QFD, DFM.
• Knowledge on integrating modules (electronic, electrical) into products.
• General manufacturing/assembly knowledge for stainless steel parts and plastics.
• Experience in professional cooking products is a plus.
• Robust Design principles knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English.

• Consolidate stakeholder requirements into a system requirements document for product lines.
• Carry out feasibility studies based on system requirements.
• Define technical specifications to ensure function, reliability, manufacturability, safety across systems.
• Release overall product test plans.
• Ensure robust design leveraging the RD community.
• Evaluate and deploy common solutions led by System Architect.
• Integrate modules into final products.
• Understand deployment of subsystems and co-responsible definition of subsystems.
• Manage machine models configuration and lifecycle validation.
• Oversee end of line tests.
• Drive PDCA for software improvements.

SYSTEM INTEGRATOR

The system integrator owns specific Product knowledge & all related functional modules to make the system fully work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for consolidating all stakeholder requirements into a system requirements document for BA Food products
• Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies based on the system requirements
• Responsible for defining technical specification to assure functionality, reliability, manufacturability, safety of the electrical & electronic, mechanics, thermodynamics and hydraulics systems.
• Responsible for release overall product test Plan
• Responsible for ensuring Robust Design leveraging on the RD Community
• Responsible for evaluating & deploying use common solutions lead by System Architect
• Responsible for the Integration of the various modules into products
• Responsible for understanding solution deployment of the various subsystem and Co-responsible(SA) for definition of subsystem
• Responsible for machine models configuration, management of parameters, validation of configuration and lifecycle
• Responsible for End of Line test
• Responsible for PDCA management for software improvements

What’s Needed For You To Thrive

• University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 3+ years of experience
• Familiarity with development tools as FMEA, QFD, DFM…
• Knowledge on the Integration of the various modules (electronic, electrical…) into products
• General knowledge of manufacturing and assembly methodology with stainless steel metal parts, plastic technology
• Experience in professional products sector for cooking is a plus
• Knowledge of Robust Design principles is a plus
• Fluent Italian & English
