In this role you will plan and prioritize activities, work with the service aftermarket team, analyze market trends, prepare service offerings, and keep CRM updated on opportunities and quotations.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong direct selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to execute growth strategy.

Aufgaben

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.
