Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Lombardy, Italy, seeks a project manager with 2–4 years of experience to define and oversee project plans, scope, schedule, and risk management in collaboration with the Project Controls department.

You will monitor progress, financials, and resources, drive contract close-out, coordinate with Supply Chain, and serve as the primary customer contact while upholding health and safety policies. Fluency in English and Italian is required; PMI/PMP and SAP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans with scope, financials, schedule, and risk management.
• Monitor progress, resources, invoicing, costs and cash flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities; capture lessons learned.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and procure services/materials.
• Act as customer liaison and escalation point; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental policy compliance.
