Job summary

Experteer Italy is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support service orders, billing, and operational processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Support to process orders, issue invoices on time, and resolve issues, while maintaining data quality across CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Supports service orders, billing and operational processes to ensure a great customer experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and data quality across CRM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders through system processing and execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support invoicing dispute resolution with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in company systems.
• Work across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support to resolve process and system-related issues.
• Support forecasting and reporting activities as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics.
• Experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, or similar operational role.
