SimCorp is hiring a Service Delivery Associate to join the Service Delivery team at the office in Pistoia or Trieste. You will contribute to the support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and related services for international clients.

You will work with a global team to deliver best-practice market solutions, incident and problem management, and contribute to client satisfaction. Flexibility for EMEA shifts and occasional extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Educational background in STEM or Finance
• Know-how in at least one of the following areas: Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows
• Good methodical skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude
• Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a time-sensitive situation
• Efficient communication and consulting skillsTeam spirit and a desire to share your knowledge
• Fluency in English, additional language abilities would be of advantage

Responsabilités

• Evaluate problems in SimCorp Dimension to provide timely solutions
• Co-operate with colleagues and clients to prioritize best-practice solutions
• Advise clients on best-practice market solutions for SimCorp Dimension
• Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers
• Assess client requirements for system enhancements and communicate with product management
• Share knowledge with colleagues to ensure efficient client solutions
• Contribute to knowledge transfer through training and coaching
• Help develop practices and procedures and guide strategic direction
• Work the EMEA shift with occasional weekends/public holidays
