Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant with strong SimCorp Dimension experience to join our Italian offices in Milano, Pistoia or Trieste. You will engage with global clients and deliver Front-to-Back solutions, handling incidents and configuration requests to enhance client workflows.

We value a finance or economics background, 8+ years in asset management or related fields, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Educational background in finance or economics.
Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions.
Minimum 8 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for production support and client relationships.
Provide live support to resolve problems in SIMCorp Dimension and system operations.
Perform application configuration maintenance and enhancement requests.
Assess customer requirements for system enhancements and brief product management.
Collaborate with SimCorp colleagues and clients to prioritize best-practice solutions.
Advise clients with market solutions for SimCorp Dimension usage.
Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers.
Contribute to knowledge transfer via training and coaching.
