Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Consultant to join our team in Italy (Milano/Pistoia/Trieste). You will engage with global clients, manage incidents, and implement changes to optimize SimCorp Dimension and related workflows.

The role requires hands‑on Dimenson knowledge, 8+ years in asset management, and strong client‑facing skills. Hybrid working model, extensive training, and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance or economics.
• Know‑how in Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.
• Broad knowledge of financial issues - theoretical and practical.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for production support and customer relationship management.
• Provide live support for resolving problems in SimCorp Dimension and system operations.
• Maintain and enhance application configurations and handle daily operational requests.
• Assess customer requirements and relay to product management for future market needs.
• Co‑operate with colleagues and clients to prioritize best‑practice solutions.
• Advise clients on best practice market solutions for SimCorp Dimension usage.
• Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers.
• Share knowledge and provide training to ensure optimal use of the software.
• Contribute to policies, processes, and procedures and strategic direction of the function.
• Work on the EMEA shift with occasional weekends and public holidays.
