Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Collaborate with customers, service engineers, sales teams, and Drive Centers to deliver outcomes.
• Support preparation of repair quotations and service offers.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders with proactive communication.
• Monitor requests, priorities, and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support service sales growth.
