Alpitronic Srl in Italy is seeking a Service Coordination Specialist to organize and schedule our service technicians and external partners, aligning service operations with customers.

You will collaborate with the remote service team and development department, independently organizing and following up on assignments, and planning annual inspections. We value technical education, interest in e-mobility, teamwork, structured work, and fluency in French and English, with MS-Office proficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and scheduling of our service technicians and external service partners
• Planning and alignment of service operations directly with our customers
• Close collaboration with our remote service team and the development department
• Independent organization and follow-up of all service assignments
• Planning and scheduling of annual inspections

• Total compensation starting from €38,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
