Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers looking to schedule service. You will manage daily calendars and ensure a smooth experience from the initial call to vehicle completion.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide basic financing options, and use our CRM daily with training provided. This role suits a customer-focused, organized individual in a dynamic automotive environment.

Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator!

Are you a customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for the automotive industry? Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and reliable Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll schedule service appointments, manage daily calendars, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment customers call to the moment their vehicle is ready.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establishes follow-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily (training provided.)
