Jobgether SRL is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II based in Italy for a fully remote role. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of scalable, production-grade systems, focused on TypeScript, AI/LLM workflows, and agentic development practices.

You will work with OpenAI, Claude, and modern tooling to deliver reliable AI experiences, mentor peers, and influence engineering practices across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript experience for production-grade apps.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications and AI agents.

Responsabilités

• Own complex software initiatives end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs in TypeScript.
• Design production-ready features balancing quality, performance and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and tooling.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align technical work with outcomes.
• Mentor peers and improve engineering practices.
