Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Engineer (AI‑Native) based in Italy to own features end-to-end and ship reliable AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with an international remote team, define integration requirements with external providers, and critically review AI-generated implementations for high reliability and quality.

You’ll work with AI agents as primary partners, shaping an AI-first engineering process and driving product decisions without detailed specifications.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with end-to-end ownership of production systems.
• Experience as backend engineer or software architect.
• Proficient with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) as part of daily workflow.
• Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what to build and drive initiatives without detailed specs.
• Engage with external partners and define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create specs with accountability.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and review outputs in a large production codebase.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations for reliability and quality.
• Ensure architecture, deployments, and production readiness.
• Contribute to evolving AI-first development processes.
