McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior Orphoz transformation lead to drive complex client programs in Milan, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will combine strategy with hands‑on execution, focusing on transformation programs across digital, AI, and operational excellence.

You will mentor clients and colleagues, travel as needed, and contribute to a high‑performance culture with strong ethics and impact.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with strong academic record.
• 8+ years in project delivery/PMO, preferably consulting.
• Proven people leadership experience, building high performing teams.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver complex transformations for clients, including digital and AI projects.
• Coach and motivate teams of Orphoz consultants and client leaders to drive execution and impact.
• Act as a SME, translating insights into practical, executable solutions.
• Partner with McKinsey strategy teams to ensure delivery and sustained results.
