Orphoz, a McKinsey company, is seeking a senior professional to drive transformation projects across sectors, supporting leadership and client teams with PMO delivery.

You will participate in workshops, contribute to sustainable change, and grow in a fast-paced, coaching-focused environment that values curiosity and results.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with strong academic record.
• 5+ years of project delivery and PMO implementation experience, preferably in consulting.

Your Impact

You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term impact delivery. You will support leadership and client teams in workstreams; as you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing workstreams largely independently. You will support client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives together. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. Your Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree, with a strong record of academic achievement
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery and project management / PMO implementation, preferably in a consulting environment
• Experience driving long lasting impact and working with people to achieve results
• Strong, pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in Business change and transformation/TO, including operational Project Management and delivery/implementation, and operational excellence (e.g. lean optimisation, process optimization, service ops, turnaround, service redesign)
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, creativity and a passion for overcoming any challenge to get things done
• Solid understanding and some demonstrated knowledge of project management delivery using related tools and methods including MS Project, Prince 2, Agile or similar
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable
• Experience working in the space of Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries or Mid-sized enterprises is advantageous
• You enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• You have the ability to travel, with the realistic expectation to be on client site Monday – Thursday
• Fluent level language skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal
