Job summary

Merck Healthcare is seeking a Tender Lead to drive end-to-end hospital tender management, scouting opportunities, analyzing bids, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure compliant proposals.

You will manage the tender calendar, KPI dashboards, lead negotiations with authorities, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance while developing the team for higher efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma, with 3-5 years managing complex hospital tenders.
• Deep expertise in the National Health System and Public Procurement Code.
• Proven team leader with ability to develop talent.
• Analytical thinker with KPI dashboards and competitor insight.
• Proactive negotiator with cross-functional stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of hospital product tenders; scout opportunities and analyze bids to formulate winning strategies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Medical, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant proposals.
• Manage the tender calendar, pipeline, and KPI dashboards; track win rates and regional performance.
