Danieli Breda, part of Danieli Group, is seeking an experienced service engineer for after-sales support in Lombardia, Italy. The role involves customer assistance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for extrusion presses and related equipment.

Responsibilities include on-site interventions, offers for service and spare parts, and coordination with Product Master plans. Strong English and a technical degree are required, with a preference for metallurgical background.

Competenze

• Engineering/technical degree or high school diploma (metallurgical engineer preferred).
• Minimum 10 years' experience within installation and/or servicing of/for presses and forges or CNC machines.
• Good knowledge of English (German or Spanish as a second language preferred).
• Advanced MS Word skills & proficient in MS Office.
• Cad-One Cad experience.
• Plant construction and installation experience specific to the competency area.

Mansioni

• Prompt response to Customer calls and claims.
• Pre-analysis of problem and proposition of corrective measures.
• On-site intervention for rectification/repair direct work and/or advisory on work done by Customer.
• Preparing offers for service intervention and supply of spare parts.
• Sharing information with the team and coordinating with the Product Master.
• Maintain periodic contact with all Customers.
• Collect customer documentation and inquiries about claims and observations.
• Prepare service offers/plans and servicing.
• Visit customer premises for servicing and advisory.
• Prepare reporting and provide feedback about customer status of operations.
