Job summary

FoodChain ID, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Corporate IT team in driving design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of our global enterprise platforms, with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.

You will mentor engineers, lead strategic infrastructure projects, coordinate migrations, and partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen our controls and incident response. A strong background in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and cloud services is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related IT roles.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management and cloud services.
Experience with endpoint security platforms.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT operations.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and infrastructure implementations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure and cloud services.
Act as a senior escalation point for incidents and operational issues.
Lead troubleshooting across infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, security, networking.
Drive security and operational excellence through improvements.
Deliver strategic IT projects from planning through implementation.
Coordinate migrations, platform upgrades, and security initiatives.
Mentor engineers and share knowledge through documentation.
Develop and maintain technical standards and runbooks.
Engage with stakeholders and translate technical concepts to business terms.
