FoodChain ID Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to advance enterprise technology platforms within the Corporate Information Technology team.

You will design, implement, and support scalable infrastructure and security initiatives across global IT services, acting as a technical escalation point and mentor. The role emphasizes operational excellence, collaboration with cybersecurity teams, and driving standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related IT roles.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud services.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience leading technical projects and infrastructure implementations.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure and cloud services.
• Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and operational issues.
• Lead troubleshooting across infrastructure, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, identity, security, networking, and related technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance security, performance, and efficiency.
• Lead and deliver strategic IT projects from planning through implementation.
