Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a hands-on Senior System Test Engineer to join our Concordia sulla Secchia testing facility. You will validate advanced Construction and Machine Control solutions, collaborating with engineering, software, hardware, and global teams in real field environments.

The role requires strong QA/system testing experience, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and good English communication.

Competenze

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical testing approach.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with interest in construction, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Good English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
• Plan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.
