Job summary

Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, is seeking a Key Supply Post Order Manager to lead post order activities for critical supplies. You will ensure safety, schedule, quality and budget targets, coordinating closely with the Project Team.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing or industrial production, strong leadership, and expertise in quality control, inspection, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing or industrial production.
• Strong technical background with proven leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Experience coordinating teams, managing operations, and driving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post order activities for critical supplies with high managerial complexity.
• Act as primary representative towards the relevant Vendor for dedicated resources.
• Manage contractual aspects and multidisciplinary coordination of the Purchase Order with the Vendor and project teams.
• Work in coordination with Project Procurement Manager and Post Order Manager.
• Review vendor schedules, ensure delivery commitments per contract and project schedule.
• Issue non-conformity reports and manage until closure.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates.
• Evaluate vendor performance with Post-Order Manager and Expediting & Inspection Manager.
• Stay up to date on relevant activities and topics of competence.
