Job summary

Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, is seeking a Post Order Manager to oversee expediting, inspection and logistics for assigned projects in Italy. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating with expediters, inspectors, vendors and client representatives.

Ideal candidates have 15–20 years in mechanical manufacturing or EPC environments, strong procurement and QC background, and a degree in engineering. Permanent contract with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in procurement and project execution.
• Experience with quality control, inspections and supplier surveillance.
• Direct EPC experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post order activities including expediting, inspection and logistics.
• Interface with clients on expediting and logistics as needed.
• Review project contracts to identify post order requirements.
• Coordinate with expediters, inspectors and vendors to meet schedule.
• Monitor costs, time and quality to ensure delivery targets.

Skills

Experience in mechanical manufacturing

Supply management & procurement

Quality Control (QC)

Engineering degree

EPC experience preferred

Education
