Job summary

Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, seeks a Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities across international locations. You will report to the Project Manager and Construction Department Manager, ensure compliance with HSE, schedule, cost and quality, and manage resources in collaboration with the Departments.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 10 years in EPC construction site management, with strong leadership and subcontractor

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven EPC construction site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, cost control and site execution.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and result orientation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define construction approach and develop detailed schedules.
• Co-operate in selecting subcontractors and manage subcontracts.
• Lead HSE implementation at site and ensure policy compliance.
• Organize site logistics and allocate resources with departments.
• Manage site reporting to Head Office and Client as directed.
• Drive corrective actions to avoid schedule interruptions and budget overruns.
