You will lead onboarding, performance reviews, and contract negotiations while collaborating with procurement, operations, and legal to align strategies. Strong negotiation, analytics, and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement.
• Proven track record managing complex relationships with third-party providers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and performance management.
• Negotiate and manage SLAs and contracts with service providers to ensure terms are met.
• Monitor and evaluate provider performance against KPIs, identifying improvements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with providers to discuss performance and issues.
• Identify provider risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and legal to align provider strategies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs and seek cost optimizations.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with providers promptly.
