In this role you will develop provider strategies, negotiate SLAs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, operations and legal teams to optimize performance and spend.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in service provider/vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Develop and implement provider selection, onboarding and performance management strategies.
