Job summary

Röchling Automotive in Italy is seeking a Senior SAP Specialist FI/CO to join the Global SAP Competence Center. You will lead FI/CO processes, drive S/4HANA projects, and harmonize global standards while collaborating with internal and external developers.

The role requires strong SAP FI customization expertise, project leadership, and willingness to travel. A business informatics degree and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) Informatics or a related field.
• Strong experience with SAP FI module customization and process design in SAP R/3; familiarity with SAP SD/MM is a plus.
• Project management experience is preferred, along with expertise in managing external IT service providers.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the implementation and ongoing development of S/4HANA as part of our digital transformation as an IT Reference Member Go4 (S4 Pre-Project)
• Serve as a technical lead for global SAP project implementations
• Manage 2nd level support and module customization globally
• Focus on manage incidents and changes for FI/CO modules on a global level
• Support to the Global FI-Standard and Harmonization Concept
• Ensure the creation and actual FI Technical Documentation
• Collaborate closely with the global team to continuously design and optimize processes
• Act as a vital link between Concept Key Users and both internal and external developers

Where we need you

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Specialist FI/CO to join our SAP Competence Center Global. In this strategic role, you will work closely with our Module Manager, supporting core activities and projects that drive our digital transformation and global harmonization initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Actively support the implementation and ongoing development of S/4HANA as part of our digital transformation as an IT Reference Member Go4 (S4 Pre-Project)

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 50.000,00 €. Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
