Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a SAP FI/CO specialist to support, configure and optimise SAP Finance and Controlling modules across the organisation. You will lead FI/CO projects, analyse business requirements, and partner with IT and business teams to drive value.

The role requires strong SAP FI/CO knowledge, cross-module integration experience and fluency in English and either Italian or German. A dynamic, high-growth environment in e-mobility awaits.

Your Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and optimise SAP Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
• Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure FI/CO modules accordingly
• Lead and participate in projects for SAP FI/CO implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
• Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP FI/CO-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
• Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; SAP certifications are advantageous
• Previous years of experience in a similar role, facing with the implementation, management and further development of SAP modules, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and support, with solid customizing expertise and integration knowledge across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, QM, DWH)
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes within SAP, as well as hands-on experience with their implementation, rollouts and upgrades
• Good knowledge of IT-Application Management best practices and agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate requirements with business departments and IT
• Very good knowledge of English, Italian and/or German

• Total compensation starting from €52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
