Röchling Automotive in Laives is seeking a Senior SharePoint Specialist to operate in the global SharePoint centre, delivering and customizing SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Project Online/Planner solutions.

You will lead design, integration, and governance across MS 365, coordinate with external partners, mentor teams, and ensure documentation and user adoption.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to structure workstreams, manage timelines, dependencies, and communicate clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including external partner coordination.
• Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience delivering projects in SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online / Modern experience), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Dataverse is a plus), Project Online / Project Server (PWA configuration and/or functional/technical consulting).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts: identity, permissions, governance, collaboration patterns, and lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from €50,000.00, up to market‑aligned adjustments based on skills, experience, and strategic needs.
