Job summary

Roechling Industrial (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Laives (BZ) seeks an Advanced Development Engineer to drive innovation in new products and manufacturing processes within the Automotive division. You will lead development projects, coordinate budgets, timelines, and external partners, and contribute to propulsion, electrification, and lightweight design initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering or Physics degree with knowledge of polymers and composites, plus basic project management

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
• Good English and either Italian or German
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/x)

Where we need you

As an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.

Main Responsibilities

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 30.000,00 €.
